RULES OF STAY
The Regulations define the conditions of stay of clients in apartments of bonApartments. Accepting the the rules and service of bonApartments users confirms the reservation by making a reservation. The contract is concluded between the residence bonApartments providing accommodation services at the site, hereinafter referred to as the owner and the user of the reservation system, hereinafter referred to as the client.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The agreement concluded between the owner and the client includes only accommodation. The price includes charges for utilities (gas, electricity, water) and final cleaning, excludes dishwashing if not done . Owner will not charge any additional fees other, in respect of accommodation, beyond those that have been identified on the website of the object. The owner may, however, propose to the object of their other services for a fee, but the nature, scope or price of these services, the client should be determined individually with the owner of the object. If dishwashing will not be done we reserve thr right to chargé 20PLN.
3. ARRIVAL, THE KEYS, DEPARTURE
Check in should be made at a time agreed with the person responsible for handing the keys. Customer is obliged to inform the personel at the latest the day before the estimated time of arrival for key collection. By default, you can enter the hours 14.00 on the day of arrival and should check out in time. 11.00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with the person responsible for handing the keys or otherwise indicated on the website of the object or the voucher. If you can not reach the previously agreed time the customer is obliged to immediately inform the phone of the person responsible for handing the keys.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Number of people who live in the facility is limited to the number specified on the voucher. Quiet hours are the hours 22:00 – 6:00. Customer is obliged to care for the preservation of the principles of good neighborliness and maintenance facility in the same condition as arrived. The responsibility of the customer is also to wash the dishes and kitchen utensils before departure, as such activities are not included in the final cleaning.
5. TOBACCO SMOKING
The premises are non-smoking. If it is found smoking in the facility to the customer will be fined sanitary PLN 300.
Smoking is permitted on balconies in buildings that have them.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the consequences of which can not be liquidated by usual means, the owner reserves the right to offer the item, similar to the object originally booked. In this case, the customer decides whether he wants to use his proposed facility. If not, then the amount paid by the customer shall be refunded, minus the amounts due for services already rendered.
The law applicable to disputes between the owner and the customer is the Polish law. Disputes will be settled by the court competent for the owner, with the exception of contracts concluded with consumers.
